Efésios 5:18 - E não vos embriagueis com vinho, em que há contenda, mas enchei-vos do Espírito."
Uma pessoa sob o efeito de álcool, tem atitudes que se não fosse por esta condição jamais teria, faz coisas que jamais faria se não fosse o efeito do álcool.
É como se ela já não mais controlasse a sua vida, mas o álcool tomasse por ela todas as atitudes.
Da mesma maneira, quando estamos cheios do Espírito Santo, nossas atitudes já não são mais nossas, mas do Espírito Santo que habita em nós e no qual nós habitamos, e então nossas atitudes são as atitudes de Jesus, expressamos o amor a Deus e ao próximo, vivemos a verdadeira alegria, nosso coração se enche de paz, nos tornamos pacientes, benevolentes, bondosos, o pecado já não nos seduz pois nos tornamos fiéis a Deus, mansos e conseguimos dominar as nossas emoções e ações.
Hoje eu quero orar por você, para que você seja cheio do Espírito Santo, e que esta experiência com Deus mude verdadeiramente a sua vida.
Em nome de Jesus. Amém.
Ephesians 5:18 - And be not drunk with wine, in which there is strife, but be filled with the Spirit. "
A person under the influence of alcohol, have attitudes that were it not for this condition never have, do things you would never do if not for the influence of alcohol.
It's like this person no longer master of its own life, but the alcohol took for he all attitudes.
Similarly, when we are filled with the Holy Spirit, our attitudes are no longer ours, but the Holy Spirit who dwells in us and in which we in habit, and then our attitudes are the attitudes of Jesus, express the love of God and next, we live the true joy, our hearts are filled with peace, we become patients, benevolent, kind, sin no longer seduces us because we become faithful to God, meek and we control our emotions and actions.
Today I want to pray for you, for you to be filled with the Holy Spirit, and that this experience with God truly change your life.
